Your poster must be submitted in .PDF format in a portrait orientation. Please use the A0 size (120 cm x 84 cm) to ensure uniformity and optimal display.
Each poster should include the following sections. You may add additional sections as needed to enhance your presentation:
We accept only .PDF files for submission. If your poster is in another format, please convert it to .PDF before submitting.
Save your poster file with the presenting author’s full name followed by the university name in abbreviated form. For example, for John Smith from National University Singapore, the file should be named JohnSmith_NUS.pdf.
Please submit your poster by the 13th May 2024, 6 PM. This ensures your work will be included in the judging process and display during the event.

The poster competition is open to current Masters, PhD, and post-doc students only.
Participants are required to select only one topic from the provided list for their poster presentation.
Posters should be submitted in .PDF format, in portrait position, and in A0 format (120 cm x 84 cm).
Posters should contain sections such as Title of Research, Author Names and Affiliations, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
The deadline for registration and submission of posters is 13th May 2024, 6 pm.
Participants should complete the submission form provided and submit their poster along with their details. Posters submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for the competition
Shortlisted posters will be invited for a virtual live session, where finalists will present a flash presentation of 3 minutes followed by a 2-minute Q&A session with the judges.
Yes, participants must be available for the live session on the specified date. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.
