TRIVIMA NP

Finally, a Bioprinter That Matches the Geometry of Biology
Not just stacked layers. Real curves. Real contours. Real anatomy.

Human tissue doesn’t grow in layers. It curves, wraps, branches, and flows. The NP Bioprinter brings biofabrication in line with biology, printing directly on rotary scaffolds, curved molds, and complex anatomical geometries.
All in one seamless system.

Meet the Trivima Non-Planar Bioprinter : A compact, precision-built system designed for adaptable, high-performance biofabrication. With a lightweight anodized aluminum body, dual extruder compatibility, integrated temperature control, and UV crosslinking, it supports a wide range of materials and workflows. Whether you're prototyping tissue models or building complex nerve conduits, Trivima offers a streamlined, reliable platform for modern research environments.

Applications

Delve deeper into organoids, soft tissues, novel biomaterials and lumen printing with Trivima Advanced Bioprinters

Vascular Tissue Engineering
Print perfusable vascular grafts with concentric wall structures, closely mimicking the organization of native vessels. Trivima NP supports the fabrication of small-diameter blood vessel models that can be used for flow simulation, suture training, or mechanical testing. The system additionaly allows rapid prototyping of multi-layered vascular phantoms, making it suitable for preclinical vascular research and surgical planning.
Respiratory & Airway Models
Trivima NP facilitates the fabrication of tracheal and bronchial scaffolds with uniform internal lumens. Researchers can design and print constructs that combine rigid rings with soft connective tissue regions, reflecting the anatomical structure of the airway. Additionally, the system supports the development of epithelial barrier models.
Cardiovascular Stents & Tubular Implants
Trivima NP's rotary spindle mode allows for precision bioprinting of tubular constructs suitable for vascular stent prototypes and other small-diameter implants. Researchers can print scaffolds with defined lumen diameter, wall thickness, and layer-specific mechanical gradients
Organoid & Disease Modeling
Trivima NP supports medium-throughput production of organoid arrays with consistent shape, spacing, and matrix architecture, enabling reliable in vitro models. The system also allows spatial compartmentalization and controlled geometry, which is particularly useful for co-culture experiments and disease modeling across multiple tissue zones.
Ocular & Corneal Constructs
Trivima enables the fabrication of hydrogel-based contact lens prototypes using mold-assisted workflows. Researchers can deposit optically clear biomaterials into customized concave molds that match the curvature of the human cornea. This supports studies on lens geometry, drug-eluting formulations, or biocompatible coatings.
