Application Process

Introducing the mini bioprinter, your gateway to the exciting world of 3D bioprinting! India’s compact powerhouse designed to revolutionize

Creating the Ideal Bioink
The first step forms the core of any bioprinting process, creating a fine-tuned mixture, the bioink, that comprises of cells, biomaterials, growth factors and more.
Design File to Sliced File
Based on the tissue of choice, the cell behaviour and the nature of the bioink, a CAD file is generated for the desired scaffold output. The CAD file is then sliced into many layers using a slicing software and then integrated into a file format called G-CODE
Bioprinting Optimisation
Once the design and the bioink of choice are done, the next step includes optimising the bioprinting parameters, which includes pressure, temperature, feed rates, scaffold design optimisation and much more.
From Scaffold to Tissue
The post-processing of a scaffold to a functional tissue construct involves multiple trial and error processes and fine tuning of medias and environments for the cells to meander through the struts of the scaffold to interact with one another.
